Edwin Bryant Associates has been a well-known name in the construction industry in Cornwall for approximately 30 years. The practice was bought by Hills in 2007. Hills is an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors with over 100 years’ experience in providing services to the construction industry.

Based in Redruth, the team at EBA can offer all aspects of cost consultancy, project management and CDM services for a wide range of building projects with the full backing and experience of Hills team of professionals throughout the south of England.

Gary Pope and Ross Harrison are the directors responsible for overseeing all the key stages of a project run by the EBA team to ensure that it reaches completion within budget and on time. They are assisted by Associate Director, Ben Harrison.

Hills/EBA operate an RICS approved structured training plan for staff to achieve chartered status and actively encourage and fund continuing professional development for all qualified members of staff.
